SALON POLICIES

There are multiple ways to book your appointment. You can text or call the salon at 833-456-8347, book online, or contact us through our Facebook/Instagram accounts. Our wonderful staff  is ready to take care of you!

Deposits are required for ALL  appointments. Deposit amount will be determined based on what services are being requested for booking. Consultation and service appointment deposits are refundable as long as you cancel 72 hours prior to your appointment date. Your card will also be held on file,

in the case of cancellation. 

All deposits can be done through Zelle, Cash, or major Credit/Debit Card. For service appointments, we offer financing options such as Klarna, Splitit, Zip, etc.

We are currently not allowing any additional guests in the salon as a safety precaution. Anyone bringing additional guests and/or children will have to reschedule their appointment and be subjected to the cancellation fee as the time has been held for you.

All clients are allotted a 15 minute Grace Period. Failure to arrive within your 15 minute Grace Period will result in a late start fee charge, or, your appointment being cancelled. You will be marked as a no-show and will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment price. Please make arrangements prior to your appointment and understand that we book multiple clients every day and one delay will effect everybody's schedule. 

A 72 hour notice is required for all services booked. If an appointment is cancelled within the 72 hour period, your credit/debit card will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service price. If your card is declined, the amount will be due in order to book any future appointments with our salon.

All No Shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price and WILL NOT BE BOOKED AGAIN.
